CANOPY SUPPORT
Help when you need it.
Contact Canopy Support in the app
If you can sign in, open Settings → Canopy Support. You can report a problem, ask a question, send feedback or raise an account/billing query. Your support conversation stays linked to your Canopy account and you can reply in the same thread.
You can choose whether to include limited app diagnostics. Diagnostics are optional and are designed not to include customer names, quote text, dictated notes, photos or payment information.
Before reporting a problem
- Check that you are signed into the Canopy account you expect to use.
- Check your internet connection if cloud data, smart tools or support messages are not updating.
- Close and reopen the app if a screen appears stuck.
- Use the latest available version of Canopy Quote.
- If recent work is still saving, allow it to finish before signing out.
Subscriptions and purchases
Canopy Pro mobile subscriptions are managed through the store used for the purchase. In Canopy, open Settings → Account and plan to restore purchases or open subscription management when those options are available in your build.
Deleting your Canopy account does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If Pro is still set to renew, cancel renewal through subscription management before deleting the Canopy account.
Delete your account
Signed-in users can request permanent deletion from Settings → Account and plan → Delete account. Canopy asks for confirmation before proceeding. Account deletion is intended to remove the Canopy account and account-owned cloud data, including stored job photos, branding assets and the linked subscription-service customer profile.
If required cleanup cannot be confirmed, deletion stops and the app asks you to retry or contact Canopy Support.
\nIf you no longer have access to the app, use the web account deletion page to request deletion without reinstalling Canopy Quote.
Safety and professional judgement
Canopy helps organise job information and prepare drafts. You remain responsible for checking job scope, pricing, safety information, any RAMS or method statements required for that particular job, customer-facing documents and any other output before relying on or sharing it.
