Delete your Canopy Quote account.
Delete in the app
If you can sign in, the quickest route is Settings → Account and plan → Delete account. The app asks you to confirm before permanent deletion begins.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, email hello@canopyquote.co.uk with the subject Canopy Quote account deletion request. Send the request from the email address linked to your Canopy Quote account where possible, and include that account email in your message.
We may ask you to verify that the request relates to your account before deletion is completed. You will not be required to reinstall the app to make the request.
What deletion covers
Account deletion is intended to remove your Canopy Quote account and account-owned cloud data, including stored job records, job photos, branding assets and the linked subscription-service customer profile. Some information may remain where retention is required by law or in time-limited backups, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Canopy Quote account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. If a subscription is set to renew, cancel the subscription through the store before or after submitting your deletion request.
